Helen Muddock, the Managing Director of People Focused Training & Solutions Ltd. has over 30 years experience developing and delivering training programs and workshops, providing professional development and support to individuals and businesses in the field of Health and Wellbeing.

​

Helen is an experienced workplace Coach and Mentor. She holds both ILM5 in Coaching and Mentoring and the ILM 7 - Senior and Executive Level Coaching and Mentoring and provides and Coaching and Mentoring for Workplaces and individuals.

​

She is an experienced Workplace Mediator; trained, assessed and accredited by CMP Resolutions and endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) in both individual and group mediations.

​

Helen has extensive experience in developing policies, guidance and Toolkits in the areas of Health, Wellbeing, Stress Management, Domestic Abuse and Personal Safety. She specialises in Mental Health, Stress and Wellbeing, Personal Safety, Conflict Resolution and Mediation.

Helen has over 13 years experience as the lead workplace negotiator and case worker. During this time, she dealt with workplace situations when they had gone wrong, often resulting in pain, inconvenience and financial detriment to the employees and business; so is well placed to help you ensure positive employee relations.

​

Helen, also has a range of Safety, Health & Wellbeing qualifications, including a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health, is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and is a Professional Member of ISMA (International Stress Management Association).
